Cowboys Sign Free Agent OL

As it turns out, the Cowboys aren't done in free agency after all.

The Dallas Cowboys signed free agent tackle Jim Molinaro to a one-year deal on Tuesday.

Originally a fifth-round pick by Washington out of Notre Dame in 2004, Molinaro was not tendered a contract by the Redskins this offseason and was free to sign with any team.

Molinaro played in only 15 games in three seasons with the Redskins and will likely serve as a back up tackle with Dallas.

Molinaro is the second offensive lineman signed by the Cowboys this offseason. Dallas also signed former Arizona Cardinals lineman Leonard Davis.

Davis is expected to compete for a starting job at right guard and/or right tackle.
