POSITIVE: Nice-sized wide out who has shown a lot of progress the past two years. Nicely adjusts to the throw, displays good eye/hand coordination and presents himself as a sturdy receiver. Displays a nice sense of timing, gets vertical and makes the difficult reception. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, using his frame to shield away opponents and protect the pass.

NEGATIVE: Takes his eyes off the ball on occasion and drops some catchable throws. Inconsistent blocker who gives marginal effort at times. Lacks a burst of speed.

FINAL ANALYSIS: A productive possession receiver who plays with a fearless attitude, Rabb has shown a lot of consistency the past two years. Needs to improve the details of his position but has possibilities as a fourth receiver.
