Grading the Loss in Pittsburgh

PASSING OFFENSE: D -- Tony Romo had the third worst game of his career with four turnovers, including three interceptions. The last interception was a pick-six that proved to be the game winner.

RUSHING OFFENSE: B -- Tashard Choice was great in place of the injured Marion Barber. He rushed for more yards against the Steelers than any running back all season. He also had over 70 yards in receptions to account for more than half of the Cowboys' offense.

PASS DEFENSE: B -- The Cowboys sacked the Steelers five times. They held Hines Ward to one catch. But the Cowboys allowed Ben Roethlisberger to drive the Steelers 67 yards in eight plays and throw a game-tying touchdown pass.

RUSH DEFENSE: A -- The Cowboys stoned Steelers running backs Willie Parker and Mewelde Moore. Bradie James had a career game with goal-line stop and a forced fumble to go a long with a team-leading 11 tackles.

SPECIAL TEAMS: D -- Punter Sam Paulescu was supposed to angle a fourth-quarter punt to the sideline. He hit it low and down the middle of the field. Santonio Holmes picked it up on a bounce and returned it 35 yards to set up a field goal and spark the comeback for the Steelers.

COACHING: D -- The Cowboys were the better team for more than three quarters. But they continue to have an inability to finish. They allowed the Steelers to score 17 points in the final seven minutes.
