Pennington Done; Henne's Status Unknown

As usual, Tony Sparano didn't offer many details as far as injuries on Monday, but he did indicate that Chad Pennington is headed to the injured reserve list after sustaining a shoulder injury in the 29-17 victory over the Tennessee Titans.

The exact words Sparano used were that Pennington's injury appeared to be "long term" and that a move would be sometime Monday.

That move likely involves the signing of one of the quarterbacks who worked out for the team on Monday. The group includes former first-round pick Patrick Ramsey, along with Chris Simms and former No. 1 overall pick JaMarcus Russell.

When it comes to Chad Henne, though, Sparano wasn't even ready to set that he'd definitely miss Thursday night's game against Chicago.

Henne underwent an MRI on his left knee to determine the extent of the damage. Jake Long, meanwhile, underwent an MRI on his injured shoulder, but Sparano again declined to offer details or any kind of information regarding his availability for Thursday night.

Finally, there's also Reshad Jones and Cameron Wake, whose status for the Chicago game also is unknown.
