According to Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post and the Daily Dolphin, the Miami Dolphins are completely gutting their coaching staff after the hiring of Chicago Bears OC Adam Gase to be the next head coach.
The Dolphins are expected to relieve every assistant of his job, accept special teams coordinator and assistant head coach Darren Rizzi.
Rizzi is almost certainly being kept in order to guide along Gase, seeing that Rizzi as served as the team's assistant head coach since 2010, back when Tony Sparano was still head coach. His knowledge of the team and the organization will prove beneficial to Gase.
The team is expected to part ways with former interim head coach Dan Campbell, who was not happy after not receiving the head coaching job following his interview this past Friday. Campbell will almost certainly be headed to a new position with a new team.
Stay tuned for the release of Gase's staff as soon as he starts building it.
