Starting today (Tuesday) the team will hold three days of practices, which will include, 7-on-7 drills, 9-on-7 drills and full 11-on-11 drills.
I am excited for this day cause it is the first time that veterans and rookies take to the field at the same time. Let the team chemistry begin.
This is the start of what I believe will be one of the best seasons for the Miami Dolphins in a very long time. It will be the start of a new era for new head coach Adam Gase and his coaching staff, a new and exciting defensive core as well as some new faces on the offensive side of the ball.
I believe it will not be a rebuilding year for the Miami Dolphins, as they had very high expectations going into last years season. This year's player talent has added to what was a strong team from last year and the front office have done an excellent job to shore up those missing positions on defense to make them a stronger unit going into the 2016/17 season.
Cannot wait for pre-season to officially open up!
