The first-round pick Laremy Tunsil has not been guaranteed a starting spot on the team, although he should be the left tackle it will not happen as long as returning veteran Branden Albert remains in the game. Albert is returning once again after a seemingly devastating knee injury in 2014. The 32-year old says he is feeling better even without his brace and therefore we will look forward to a good season with him once again.
This year, however, right tackle Ja’Wuan James is the one coming back from an injury to his toe. Sadly the injury cost him nine games in 2015 and he lost some serious weight on his time off but he is ready to get back in the game and do his best to work even harder.
The Miami Dolphins have a veteran addition in Jermon Bushrod who was considering retiring before joining the team, stating that he missed being out on the field in a press conference. If the Miami Dolphins want to make good use of him they should give him a starting job at guard, if not that then he would also make a good backup at left tackle.
These are my personal thoughts on training camp this year and what will happen with one of our rookies and a few veterans. It has to get better at this point as the Miami Dolphins have quite a few high-ranking players on the team who can work together to take us right to the Super Bowl if we are lucky.
