Post Free Agency NFL Mock Draft Picks 11-21

Eric Roddy and former SCOUT Fantasy writer Scott Gallimore continue their NFL Mock Draft. Here are picks 11-21.

11. New Orleans SaintsMalik Hooker, S, Ohio State Buckeyes

Gallimore: "With an abysmal secondary, the Saints can't pass up on Hooker at #12, though they do need a receiving help following the departure of Brandin Cooks.

12. Cleveland Browns: Deshaun Watson, QB Clemson Tigers

Roddy: "Hue Jackson finally gets his QB, and takes the athletic Watson to mold behind an extremely talented offensive line. This could easily be Kizer too, but Jackson picks the proven winner in Watson to cure Cleveland's QB woes."

13. Arizona Cardinals, Jabrill Peppers, S, Michigan Wolverines

Gallimore: "The Cards secondary has lost much steam, especially with the departure of Tony Jefferson. Peppers will be able to learn and thrive playing with Tyrann Mathieu and Patrick Peterson."

14. Philadelphia Eagles, Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama Crimson Tide

Roddy: "The Eagles need a starting CB, and Humphrey has all the physical tools to dominate opposing receivers. With a run on defensive backs early, the Eagles must go CB here."

15. Indianapolis Colts, Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State Seminoles

Gallimore: "Despite projections he could fall out of the first round, I see Cook going to the Colts here. The Colts may have planned on re-building up front, but simply can't pass up on the talent of Dalvin Cook."

16. Baltimore Ravens, Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan Broncos

Roddy: "Despite having recent surgery on his ankle. Davis is the first receiver off the board thanks to his rare combination of speed and size. The Ravens desperately need help at the WR position after losing Kamar Aiken to the Colts. Davis should be good to go by opening day."

17. Washington Redskins, Reuben Foster, ILB, Alabama Crimson Tide

Gallimore: "Possibly both the best player available and biggest team need, Foster falls perfectly to the 'Skins."

18. Tennessee Titans, Mike Williams, WR, Clemson Tigers

Roddy: "The Titans, having addressed their secondary with Marshon Lattimore, get their true number 1 WR to pair with Delanie Walker and Henry and Murray. This gives Marcus Mariota a bevy of weapons."

19. Houston Texans (TRADE from Tampa Bay Buccaneers): Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina Tar Heels

Gallimore: "Trubisky's fall halts at 20, as the Texans pounce on the opportunity before the Broncos can consider the move. The post-Osweiler operation begins."

20. Denver Broncos: Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford Cardinal

Roddy: "Vance Joseph adds the multi-talented RB to help whoever his playing QB. The offensive line has been infused with money and talent, and McCaffrey rejoices."

21. Detroit Lions: Malik McDowell, DL, Michigan State Spartans

Gallimore: "The Lions desperately need help up front. Michigan State product McDowell is the best defensive lineman available."
