With no picks in round four of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins picked up the pace in round five.
With the 164th overall pick in the draft, the Miami Dolphins selected guard Isaac Asiata out of Utah. Asiata redshirted in his senior year with Utah. He has a solid frame and plays with good aggression. He has experience playing right tackle and has good lateral agility.
With the 178th overall pick, the Dolphins selected DT Davon Godchaux out of LSU. Godchaux recorded 12.5 sacks and 17.5 tackles over the last two seasons. He is very quick off the ball and uses that quickness to beat guards inside.
