Jason Taylor is off to a fairly quiet start, especially after the monster season he had in 2002. But the numbers are somewhat deceiving because Taylor still is making things happen. But the numbers don't lie when it comes to Adewale Ogunleye.

Ogunleye leads the Dolphins with five sacks, and the man has been on fire lately.

Taylor said this week that Ogunleye was playing as well as any defensive end in the league, and if he's not, he's close.

It's a great sight for the Dolphins, who now know that Ogunleye's breakout season in 2002 wasn't a one-year wonder.

There was reason for concern in the preseason because Ogunleye was awfully quiet, but he has picked up his game tremendously and given opponents something else to worry about along the defensive line other than Taylor.

At some point, you just know the sacks are going to start coming for Taylor, but in the meantime Ogunleye is more than doing his share for the pass rush.
