QB chatter

Sage Rosenfels might get a chance to start a game this season after all. That possibility has arisen with A.J. Feeley listed as doubtful for Sunday's regular season finale at Baltimore because of a rib injury.

Feeley did not practice on Wednesday, although he is expected to give it a shot on Thursday. A final determination on the starting quarterback probably won't be made until later in the week or possibly even the weekend.

If Rosenfels indeed gets a shot, it might be his first AND last start in a Dolphins uniform. Rosenfels is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after the season, and one has to wonder whether he would have any interest in returning to Miami next season.

Also on Wednesday, Kurt Warner said he would not return to the New York Giants next season because he doesn't want to be a backup.

Warner, who had the Giants at 5-2 when Coach Tom Coughlin decided to replace him with rookie Eli Manning, listed Dallas, Chicago and Miami as three possible destinations.

Warner signed a two-year deal with the Giants in June, but he met requirements needed to void the second year of his deal.

The Giants, by the way, haven't won a game since they benched Warner.

Finally, the Dolphins activated wide receiver Ronald Bellamy off the practice squad to take the roster spot vacated when Eddie Moore was placed on injured reserve.
