GAME NOTES: This is the second time the Dolphins have opened the season in prime time against the defending Super Bowl champions (they beat Denver, 38-21, in 1999) ... With Roethlisberger out, the Steelers signed practice squad QB Brian St. Pierre on Wednesday ... This will be the Dolphins' first regular season game at Pittsburgh since 1994. The only team the Dolphins haven't faced on the road this long is Chicago, whom Miami will face at Soldier Field in November ... Dolphins assistant coaches Dom Capers and Mike Mularkey both were coordinators with the Steelers at one point.
