Roster Move

With the return of Sammy Morris from his four-game NFL suspension, running back Lee Suggs became expendable and he was released on Tuesday.

Suggs, who had been claimed off waivers from Cleveland on Sept. 4, played in all five games in a reserve role for the Dolphins this year and rushed for 26 yards on six attempts.

No move was made to fill the roster opening, but the Dolphins could be in the market to add a wide receiver with Marty Booker expected to miss a couple of weeks because of a shoulder injury sustained Sunday at New England.
