LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers become the last teams to play a game when they meet tonight at Raymond James Stadium in their preseason opener. With the Dolphins playing again on Thursday, some starters will be done very early.

That would include guys like quarterback Jay Fiedler, running back Ricky Williams, defensive end Jason Taylor and linebacker Zach Thomas.

"I think we have a good plan on how we are going to play them. Where it hurts our football team; you usually play one preseason game and then you have three, four or five days before you play your other one and you make a lot of corrections, you get a lot of things squared away, and you do a lot of teaching.

"We're going to get in late Tuesday morning. Coaches will be in there first thing, grading the film. Then we're going to be working Tuesday night, putting something together for the players on New Orleans. When they come in on Wednesday, as we know, it is the day before the game."
