Saturday night's preseason game will mark the first home game for the Houston Texans, and the Dolphins are prepared for what is sure to be a wild crowd at Reliant Stadium.

"It's going to be an exciting time with everything going on down there, and the opening of the stadium and all of the festivities that go along with it," Coach Dave Wannstedt said Thursday. "It will be good for us to go down there and have to concentrate in front of a full house."

The game will mark a homecoming of sorts for a few Dolphins players from Texas, among them Zach Thomas, Zebbie Lethridge, Troy Andrew, Albert Johnson, Scott McGarrahan and rookie center Seth McKinney.

McKinney will have the added incentive of going up against his brother, Texans center Steve McKinney.

"It's always been a dream to play on the field with him," Seth said. "It's going to be neat watching him play. I couldn't be happier in Miami. I hope when his contract ends, we can get him down here."

Festive evening or not, family reunion or not, Wannstedt's focus will be on his team showing improvement after last year's fiasco against New Orleans.

"We'll find out a little bit more about our football team," he said. "We can't be concerned with what they're doing, or where we are playing or who we are playing. We just have to worry about the Dolphins. We're going to have to be geared up and just worry about ourselves."
