Cam Cameron and Randy Mueller continued the reshaping of the Dolphins roster Saturday when they landed another unrestricted free agent.
Fullback Cory Schlesinger
, formerly of the Detroit Lions
, agreed to terms with the Dolphins on Saturday, according to an NFL source.
Schlesinger will be signing a two-year deal.
He will replace starting fullback Darian Barnes, who signed with the Jets as a free agent two days ago.
A 12-year veteran from Nebraska, Schlesinger is a blocking specialist and also has pass-catching ability out of the backfield.
Schlesinger joins TE David Martin, S Cameron Worrell and K Jay Feely as free agent signings, to go along with linebacker Joey Porter, who was signed after being released by Pittsburgh.
