There's so much to be excited about if you are a Colts fan. Andrew Luck lived up to the hype and Indianapolis stunned the football world with a playoff season after winning only one game the previous year.
In preparing for year two with Luck the Colts made a handful of roster moves this off-season. They signed a quality veteran backup quarterback in Matt Hassellbeck. Former Raider first round pick Darrius Heyward-Bey is now in Indianapolis. Maybe a fresh start with Andre Luck will turn this speedster's career around. The Colts got some help in the trenches with tackle Gosder Cherilus and guard Donald Thomas.
The Colts landed a solid corner in free agency in Toler but they need more help. At No. 24 in the first round could be the landing spot for Desmond Trufant. Now there's a chance he could be gone. If so, the Colts may have to wait it out and select a corner a little later. Their next pick is No. 86 in round three.
2) Nose Tackle
Indy signed Franklin but they could still go after a nose tackle early. The Colts could be eyeing John Jenkins, Johnathan Hankins, or Jesse Williams. They may have a shot with Brandon Williams with their third round pick.
3) Outside Linebacker
It doesn't appear that one of the top end outside linebackers will be there at No. 24. And with no second round selection players like Jamie Collins may be off the board as well. Therefore the Colts may have to wait until round four or six to address this position.
Expect the Colts to address this position most likely in the mid-to-late rounds. They did sign Thomas but could use another guard.
5) Wide Receiver
The Colts have six picks and I would assume that despite the signing of Heyward-Bey they will still look to draft at least one receiver, maybe a player with some size at this position.
