Connor Barwin Sits Third Straight Practice

Barwin has been inactive since the end of Thursday's game.

Don't be alarmed, but linebacker Connor Barwin is sitting out Monday, missing his third consecutive Eagles practice.

The reason for Barwin's absences is believed to be a right knee injury, though no word on how it was sustained. Jeff McLane tweeted Saturday that Barwin had a sleeve over the knee, and mentioned that it's been an ongoing issue for the former Houston Texan.

Barwin recorded two solo tackles in the win Thursday over the Steelers. He's been active for the entire preseason to this point, but would've obviously sat out this Thursday's tilt with the Jets, even if he were healthy.
