How to Spend Sunday Without Eagles Football

Jim Williams offers some choice television viewing for a Sunday afternoon in which the Eagles are off.

So, it's game day. Just not Eagles game day. And it won't be Eagles game day for another week. How can one go on until then?

Fear not, for I have come with many viewing offers to save you from a Sunday without Eagles' football. Here are a few things worth watching this Sunday.

CBS - Cincinnati at Indianapolis

It's a great matchup between the division leaders of the AFC North and AFC South. Plus, you'll get "The Bird & The Beard", Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts, on the call.

FOX - Carolina at Green Bay

The Packers have a chance to prove they're back on track by facing a quality opponent coming off of a tie 7 days ago.

Who doesn't love Steve Harvey's reactions to some slang term for "penis" showing up on the board at least 3 times an episode? GSN is showing an all day marathon of the Feud today. Survey says...must see TV...for the 85 millionth time.

CBS - Kansas City at San Diego

Quietly, the Chargers are making a case for being the best team not just in their division but in the entire AFC. They face Andy Reid's Chiefs in a pivotal AFC West battle.

FOX - New York at Dallas

Be honest, you want to see these two teams tie, but that probably won't happen. The Cowboys will try to take the division lead against a Giants team that has been equal parts Jekyll and Hyde this season.

FOX - Arizona at Oakland

I could go on in detail about how Oakland quarterback Derek Carr might be for real and how it's important to see what Arizona has to offer, but instead I'll give you four words why you might want to watch this game with your friends: Dick Stockton Drinking Game

BRAVO - The Real Housewives of New Jersey

Want to win brownie points with the lady in your life? Sit back and tune out...I mean tune in to Bravo for an hour of she said, she said antics that will make you question everything you ever thought you knew about those "girl's nights out" your loved one partakes in.

Well, there you have it. You have a whole bevy of television options this Sunday. Feel free to use them as you wish or perhaps go outside and do a little lawn work or something. Rest assured, all will be right with the world again next week.
