NFL Europe: Eagles Team Assignments

The Eagles contingent in the NFL Europe received their team assignments for the upcoming season. The nine Eagles playing this season were split onto four different teams.

If you pay any attention to the NFL Europe this season, you'll find Eagles players on the Amsterdam Admirals, Cologne Centurions, Hamburg Sea Devils and the Rhein Fire.

Here's a look at who's playing and where.

DT Jeremy Caudill - Amsterdam Admirals Caudill started 35 of his 44 games at Kentucky and was originally signed by the Indianapolis Colts. The Eagles signed Caudill to their practice squad when the Colts let him go.

QB Timothy Chang - Rhein Fire Chang will be battling with Cowboys quarterback Drew Henson for playing time with the Fire. Compiled an NCAA record 17,183 yards in total offense at Hawaii, but went undrafted.

TE Jonas Crafts - Hamburg Sea Devils Injuries have put a big dent in Crafts career, but when he's healthy, he's capable of playing tough, hard-nosed football. He'll get his chance to show he's healthy in NFLE. Assigned to the Eagles practice squad in December.

WR Michael Gasperson - Cologne Centurions Suffered a torn ACL in his right knee in his senior season at the University of San Diego. Spent the 2005 season shuttling between being released and being a member of the Eagles practice squad.

DE Darrell Lee - Amsterdam Admirals Signed with Dallas as a rookie free agent in 2004, but was released in training camp. Spent the entire season on the Eagles practice squad. Played for the Berlin Fire in the NFLE last season.

DT Keyonta Marshall - Hamburg Sea Devils Drafted by the Eagles in the 7th round of last year's draft, Marshall saw some time on the active roster and played his first NFL game against the Cowboys in October.

S Corey Peoples - Amsterdam Admirals Played primarily on special teams in two seasons at the University of South Carolina.

CB Brandon Pinderhughes - Cologne Centurions A two-year starter at Nebraska-Omaha after transferring out of a junior college program.

WR Edward Simms - Cologne Centurions A 6' 4", 230 pound receiver who played sparingly at William Penn College.
