2006 NFL Draft Audio: Marcus McNeil

Auburn offensive tackle Marcus McNeil remembers the one and only sack he surrendered during his career. And NFL coaches and scouts are lining up to talk to the mammoth lineman.

Marcus McNeill was a consensus first-team All-American in 2005 as he was named to the first-team squads as selected by the Associated Press, Walter Camp and The Sporting News.

A finalist for the Outland Trophy, presented annually to the nation's top interior lineman, he was also the recipient of the Jacobs Trophy as the SEC's top blocker and a unanimous All-SEC choice in 2005.

The 6-9, 338-pounder from Decatur, Ga., did not allow a sack in 43 straight games dating back to the 2002 season.

With the uncertain status of Roman Oben's health and the team looking to bring in quality players to compete, McNeil is a prime candidate for San Diego heading into April.
