The Atlanta Falcons made a trade with the San Francisco 49ers to address one of their biggest needs.
Despite Vic Beasley's break out season, the Atlanta Falcons fell short in the Super Bowl largely because of their inability to get pressure on Tom Brady.
The Falcons moved up in the draft to get speedy outside linebacker, defensive end Takkarist McKinley out of UCLA.
Atlanta traded with San Francisco, giving up their own first round pick (31), a third rounder (95) and a seventh rounder (249).
At 6'2 and 250 pounds with 4.59 speed, McKinley will add another big, fast edge rusher to the Falcons defense. McKinley had a breakout season in 2016 with 10 sacks and 18 tackles for loss.
