Sterling Shepard leading Giants rookie class

The Oklahoma product has been making jaw-dropping plays during practice and OTA's this spring.

Recently the New York Giants  have conducted their fourth round of team activities. Even though this was the second practice open to the media, not all of the of the players participated in the practice. Most notably absent was Odell Beckham Jr. and Jason Pierre-Paul from the voluntary workouts.

Despite the absences, second round draft pick Sterling Shepard was able to showcase his amazing catching ability. It was reported that he caught every pass thrown by quarterback Eli Manning and impressed Manning himself he may have not practiced with the first team but having the opportunity to practice with the starting quarterback should instill confidence in himself.

If he continues to prove himself among his peers and coaching staff, it shouldn't be long before he is practicing and starting with the first team on Day 1. Beckham and Pierre better hope to establish themselves for their position when they come back.
