A: I think that is why you play. This is what is so much fun about the National Football League. I think there is a real healthy rivalry between the Giants and Rams. They have been titanic every time that we have played them. I think that both teams get excited about playing each other and I think it is a heck of a way of opening up the season.
Q: Are you amused and/or flattered by the number of offenses that are trying to copy what you put in in St Louis?
A: Actually I didn't realize they were. If that is the case, that is flattering. I think this is something that Norv (Turner) really kind of started when I was at Washington. I think it is not very difficult to do once you get it within your own system. It just makes things fun for players. The players enjoy moving guys around and doing all of that stuff.
Q: How is Jimmy Kennedy coming along?
A: He's a rookie. Here is the thing about defensive tackles. I am sure you guys realize that's an extremely difficult position to come in as a rookie and play at a high level. Neither one of our other two tackles could do it. Just the physical part of that game - strengthwise they are just usually not ready for it. He is certainly good enough. He is a very athletic and very talented young man. But, he is going to have to get a little stronger and learn speed and physicalness of this game. He is starting to adapt. He is going to do very well. He is not there obviously yet
Q: Can you give an update on Jason Sehorn and when you expect him back?
A: They are taking pictures of his foot, I think, at end of this week then they will wait another week or so - they are very optimistic that we will have him back sooner that what we had anticipated. So, we may have in back within two to three weeks.
