New England coach Bill Belichick on the Giants:
"I think the Giants are a couple of plays away from being 4-0. I think they have a real good football team. They have some of the best players in the league at a lot of positions; the defensive front four is outstanding, linebackers are fast, they have two good young corners, Shaun Williams. David Tyree has been an outstanding addition for them on special teams, Mitchell is a big play guy for them. And offensively, what more can you say; you got Tiki Barber, you got Shockey, you got Toomer, you got Ike Hilliard, you got Kerry Collins, you get a couple of big plays out of Finn. How do you stop them? They are very, very explosive offensively and I think Jim does a great job as a coach; game-planning, creating a lot of tough match-ups for you. I think they are a couple plays away from being 4-0 and I think they are a real good football team."
