He scored two touchdowns against Tennessee on Oct. 5 and two at Indianapolis on Nov. 30. After that performance, Cloud was inactive for the final seven games of the season, including three in the postseason. He finished the season with 118 yards on 27 carries.
Cloud was released by New England on Friday.

After four seasons with the Chiefs, Cloud signed with New England as a free agent.
