Inside scoop on New York's injuries

Almost lost in the shadows of the beginning of the Eli Manning Era is the fact that New York will be playing without three more injured starters this Sunday.

Super rookie Gibril Wilson missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and will not work on Friday. Tom Coughlin will make a game-time decision on Wilson, who's obviously unlikely to play. If he can't go, rookie free agent signee Curtis Deloatch will get the starting nod at strong safety, with Curry Burns ready if Deloatch falters.

At WLB, Barrett Green, who practiced on a limited basis Wednesday and Thursday, is not going to suit up against Atlanta and will be replaced once again by Nick Greisen, who's filled in very well for Green thus far. It's quite possible that Green, who has a slight tear in his knee, will also miss the Eagles game on Nov. 28.

Finally, center Shaun O'Hara will not play with an ankle injury, and will be replaced by Wayne Lucier, who's already filled in admirably for O'Hara twice this season.
