TGI scout's take on Brandon Jacobs
Stood out at the East-West Shrine Game; leading rusher...impressive straight-line speed...imposing physique...but does not always run/play as physical as his size...ran 4.5 or better consistently at 267 pounds...some teams (Philly/Minnesota) evaluated him as a RB, H-Back, TE type...has room to grow as a receiver/blocker...but his natural size and the fact that he uses big pads can make him a little less flexible than desired as both a blocker and receiver...if he can improve in those areas he could be a solid secondary weapon...should give them a new "Thunder" back to pair with Tiki Barber...
