Golden Claimed by Bucs

When the Giants re-signed safety Shaun Williams, they had to clear up some cap space, and Jack Golden was one of the two players cut. He wasn't without a home very long...

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers claimed former New York Giants linebacker Jack Golden off waivers today. Golden spent the past two seasons with the Giants as a reserve and special teams player. He had 10 tackles and one fumble recovery, and saw action in all 32 games over the past two years.

He signed with the Giants as an undrafted rookie from Oklahoma State University in 2000.
