Giants seek secondary help

Understandably the Giants are looking for help in their secondary. One day after the Giants defensive backfield was basically helpless to stop the Cowboys trifecta of Keyshawn Johnson, Terry Glenn and Jason Witten, Big Blue hosted four DBs for workouts, all of which have professional experience.

The two biggest names were former Cowboys safety Rich Coady and former Dolphins corner Mario Edwards. Coady, from Texas A&M, and Edwards, a Florida State product, were given long looks.

New York also granted tryouts to former Cowboys corner Lance Frazier, a West Virginia product, and former Steelers and Youngstown safety Russell Stuvaints.
