NFL to increase security

Milt Ahlerich, the NFL's chief security expert will advise teams to tighten up security at its stadiums

When the NFL owners meet in Houston at their annual spring meeting, their chief security advisor Milt Ahlerich will remind the league to be vigilant to terrorist attacks.

In an interview with the New York Times, Ahlerich said "We will do everything to urge them to not let complacency seep into their thinking."

"We want them to keep security at a very high level as we go into the season".

Members of his staff will visit each N.F.L. stadium before the season begins to make on-site recommendations, including what should and what should not be allowed into stadiums.
