Q&A with Eagles Coach Andy Reid
Q: Do you look at this game as a possible game to separate yourselves from the pack in the division? A: No, not necessarily. I look at it as a good NFC East rivalry football game on Monday Night Football and it will just be an exciting, exciting game. Q: There are some people who see your team as the team to beat in the division. Do you see it that way? A: Well, I'll tell you. I just see ourselves as a good football team that needs to play every week our best game. And if we take care of business we'll be fine. But no, I don't ever look at things like that. You've just got to take care of your own business right here, and there's so much parity in this league and the teams are so good that 50 percent of the time you're 7 points away from a win or a loss. That's quite a stat there. Q: The importance of beating the Giants last year. A: I think we've got two good football teams playing. That's what I think. I think that's what the NFL is all about. There's parity. We've both got a couple of losses here and a couple of wins. We're both good football teams and we're going to have a chance to bang heads with each other. That's what this thing is all about.
