Injury Update

Jim Fassel is hopeful of getting some of his injured players back in uniform for Sunday's game. The group includes Chris Bober (torn biceps), Ron Dixon (knee), Griffin (ankle), and rookie linebackers Nick Greisen (foot) and Quincy Monk (ankle).

"Chris Bober is a lot better," Fassel said. "I think he has got a chance this week. He is listed as questionable and did not practice today, but he will probably practice tomorrow. Ron Dixon is questionable, he practiced today and he looked pretty good. Nick Griesen practiced today and I didn't get a report afterwards, but he looked like he moved around pretty well. Cornelius Griffin did not practice today, but he is better and does have a chance to play. Quincy Monk, with the ankle, has a chance to play.

"I'm not going to be overly optimistic and think that all those guys that have a chance to play are going to make it, but if we can get three out of those five back or something like that, I think it could help us a lot."

Kenny Holmes (knee) and Will Peterson (concussion) did not practice. Linebacker Brandon Short (shoulder) and safety Omar Stoutmire (back) arelisted as probable. Peterson, Short and Stoutmire are all listed as probable. Holmes is not listed on this week's injury report.
