Win & In

Two years ago, the Eagles came into Giants Stadium for a playoff game and witnessed a sea of white towels. These good-luck towels waived goodbye to the Eagles after a 20-10 Giants' win. The towel giveaway will be resurrected on Saturday.

Although it's not officially the playoffs, the Giants need a win in their final regular season game against the Eagles to secure a playoff berth. As a result, the playoff atmosphere will be in full swing at the Meadowlands.

In 2000, Verizon-sponsored white towels were given to each fan entering the game. As the towels were being waived, Ron Dixon returned the opening kickoff 97 yards for an early 7-0 lead. Jason Sehorn's spectacular interception and touchdown run along the sidelines, vaulted the Giants to a 17-0 score. The Giants went on to a 20-10 win on their way to Super Bowl XXXV.

This Saturday, sponsored by Toyota, every fan will receive a white towel with the words "Win & In" printed on the towel. Giant fans will be waving the towels hoping that history will repeat itself just two years later.
