Rashad Greene's punt return not only helped the Jaguars to a come-from-behind victory, but it also nominated him for an award.

WR RASHAD GREENE NOMINATED FOR CASTROL EDGE CLUTCH PERFORMER OF THE WEEK

For his 63-yard punt return that led to the go-ahead touchdown in the Jaguars’ 19-13 win last Thursday night vs. Tennessee, Jaguars rookie WR Rashad Greene has been nominated for Castrol EDGE Clutch Performer of the Week. Greene is one of five nominees for Week 11, joining Indianapolis’ D'Qwell Jackson, Denver’s Brock Osweiler, Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers and Arizona’s Chandler Catanzaro.

Trailing 13-9 in the fourth quarter, the Jaguars forced a three-and-out and the Titans punted the ball with 3:49 remaining in the game. In his first game since being activated from the team’s Reserve/Injured-Designated to Return list (thumb injury), rookie wide receiver Rashad Greene took the 44-yard punt and returned it 63 yards to the Titans’ five-yard line. On the ensuing play, QB Blake Bortles found TE Julius Thomas on a five-yard TD pass, which gave the Jaguars a 16-13 lead. The drive, set up by Greene’s return, marked the fourth time in 2015 that Bortles led a fourth quarter come-from-behind scoring drive.

The winner, which is determined by a fan vote (through 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday) will be announced Friday, November 27, on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and then posted on NFL.com.
