Pre-Game "2 Minute Drill" Bucs vs Jags

After a really long week and two practices against one another these two will get acquainted once again in front of an Everbank crowd that, in majority, will get an up close look for the first time.

The Bucs and the Jags... oh what a week it has been.  The last time we say these two on the field at the same time Jameis Winston and Tampa flew right on by at Raymond James Stadium

It was just one of the many games the Jaguars just didn't close.  After a really long week and two practices against one another these two will get acquainted once again in front of an Everbank crowd that, in majority, will get an up close look for the first time.   Here is your 2 Minute Drill.

2:00  - How many Qtrs will the starters see tonight?  With an offensive line that is already hobbled and stretched thin the rules are a little different.   Every one else?  One half of football isn't out of the question.   If not, at least one two minute drill for this offense needs to take place.

1:56 - Dante Fowler Jr was thrown out of practice in a gigantic spectacle earlier this week.  Actually that was the most overblown story of the off-season.   He had some trouble with the Jets.  Let's see what adjustments he's made.

1:41 - Nick Marshall is one of the tweeners on the roster.  With a big play or two this week or the next he will likely end up on the roster.  That pendulum could easily swing the other way though.

1:31 - Davon House has looked the part all pre-season.  His teammates can't say enough about him!  Now the trick is to get the opposition guys to talk about him.

1:15 - With the emergence of Corey Grant - Denard Robinson needs to remain solid and strong.   Grant's special team abilities have all but secured him a spot on the roster.

1:09 - Brandon Allen looked a little shaky at times against the Jets.  How much does having a game on film and two practices against the team you are about to play under your belt help?  We are about to find out.

0:55 -  Dan Skuta fits somewhere on this team.  I'm just not sure where yet.   With so much speed at the LB position now he has been a steady reliable source.

0:44 - Myles Jack looked steady in his first game against the Jets.  In front of the home crowd taking that next step will be even bigger.   Expect to see Myles a lot against Tampa.

0:30 - Oh Corey Grant - We see you.  And it's just a matter of time before the rest of the NFL sees you.   If the Jags have a breakout player in 2016.  He's the guy.

0:11 - Marqise Lee looked good last week.   He is developing nicely into that Larry Fitzgerald slot receiver type.   With the deep threats of Allen Robisnon and Allen Hurns expect Marqise to finally get his window to shine.

0:06 - Max Wittek will get a few chances to show Gus Bradley and Greg Olsen what he can do inside a game.  The Bucs game may be his best shot to show people what he has in his arsenal.

0:02 - Jason Myers - I can't think of a better way to end the first game at Everbank this year with Jason Myers splitting the uprights and sending the Jags crowd home happy.
