JagNation Stock Report: Linebackers

The first week of Jaguars training camp is complete, and we at Jagnation have seen a lot of good things, and also some not so good things from the team. Here is how the linebacker stock has been rated.

Mike Peterson - Stock is up
Peterson is showing no lingering effects from his pectoral injury, and he seems to be in mid-season form.

Daryl Smith - Stock is even
Smith has played well thus far in camp, but that's what we expect from him.

Clint Ingram - Stock is up
Ingram hits anything that moves. He's almost dangerous to have on the field in camp.

Justin Durant - Stock is up
Durant looks fast, and he's showing why the Jaguars made him their second round pick.

Tony Gilbert - Stock is even
Gilbert hasn't done much to stick out thus far, and he must make some plays during the preseason to make the roster.

Nick Greisen - Stock is up
Greisen is having a real solid camp so far with his heady play.

Pat Thomas - Stock is up
Thomas was the forgotten man for the Jaguars after missing the '06 season, but he's going to make it very difficult for the Jaguars to cut him.

Brian Iwuh - Stock is even
Iwuh isn't doing anything special thus far. He really needs to shine during the games.

Chad Nkang - Stock is even
Nkang has shown to have hands of stone in camp, and he is another guy that desperately needs to make plays during the preseason games.
