Jaguars: Player Notes

Player notes on the Jacksonville Jaguars from Week 6

--QB David Garrard continued his error free brand of football as he went for the fifth straight game without an interception and his fourth straight game with a QB rating of over 100. Credit must also be given to the offensive line who only gave up one sack to the Texans.

--RB Maurice Jones-Drew had the second best all-purpose single game of his career with 260 yards. He had 303 yards against Indianapolis last year. His 184 yards from scrimmage was his best effort.

--WR Reggie Williams fumbled twice but caught a touchdown pass.

--WR Matt Jones failed to catch two fade patterns in the end zone, but had three catches, including a five-yard catch on fourth-and-4 to keep a touchdown drive alive.

--RB Fred Taylor had a 76-yard run, but carried only six times total for 90 yards. He had only two carries in the second half when his groin tightened up.
