Those players were OT Andrew Carnahan, CB Rashad Moulton, QB Lester Ricard, RB D.D. Terry, and WR D'Juan Woods.
Rashad Moulton and D.D. Terry likely have the best chance of earning a roster spot in 2008, based on the play of the Jaguars secondary at the end of 2007, and the likeliness of the team losing running back LaBrandon Toefield in free agency. Andrew Carnahan and D'Juan Woods are darkhorse candidates due to the depth at their respective positions. Lester Ricard could find himself on the roster assuming backup unrestricted free agent quarterback Quinn Gray finds work in another city. Ricard played well in his limited preseason opportunities.
