When the Jaguars are on offense:
Dennis Norman - The interior of the Jaguars line didn't move anyone off the football for much of the evening, but there wasn't much pressure on Garrard up the middle.
Mike Walker - The former UCF Knight had his best game as a pro, as he caught six passes for 107 yards, the first Jaguars wide receiver to go over the century mark this season.
Marcedes Lewis - There was a Marcedes Lewis sighting as the Jaguars former first-round pick had a 24-yard touchdown reception.
Aaron Smith - Smith made an impact as he recorded five tackles and was able to keep the Jaguars from getting much of a running game.
Ryan Clark - Clark and the entire Steelers secondary played well as he registered five tackles.
When the Steelers are on offense:
Mewelde Moore - Moore didn't look like a third-string back, as he ran for 99 yards on just 17 carries.
Santonio Holmes - The Steelers best deep threat worked the underneath for 65 yards on four catches.
Marvel Smith / Willie Colon - The Steelers tandem of tackles didn't look the reincarnation of Tony Boselli and Jonathan Ogden, but they were effective for much of the night and limited the big plays by the Jags defensive ends.
Jaguars DE's - The Jaguars defensive ends showed up as Paul Spicer had five tackles and a sack, and Reggie Hayward and Quentin Groves combined for four tackles and a sack.
Mike Peterson - The Jags middle linebacker had his best game of the season, but he still allowed some plays over the middle. Peterson was credited for five stops.
