Del Rio, Jags Coaches to Lead South Team

Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio and his coaching staff have been selected to lead the South team in the 60th annual Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama on January 24th.

The Jaguars and Bengals were the two teams selected to coach the game and it gives these two franchises unique opportunities to get a better look at many of the prospects that will be selected in April's NFL draft.

"My coaching staff and I are looking forward to working with the players in Mobile and coaching the Senior Bowl," Del Rio said. "This is a good opportunity for our staff to become very familiar with each player and see how they work throughout the week. I'm also looking forward to seeing Marvin Lewis and coaching against the Bengals staff. We expect it to be a busy and productive week."

Coach Del Rio will get an opportunity to coach some of the many USC Trojans that will be in attendance at the game, including linebackers Rey Maualuga, Brian Cushing, and Clay Matthews. Del Rio and his Jacksonville staff will also get to work out players from the SEC and Big 12, and many of the other top conferences from this collegiate season.

JagNation will be in attendance at the Senior Bowl and will give exclusive updates throughout the week of practice.
