PASSING OFFENSE: D -- David Garrard didn't throw any touchdown passes or interceptions, but he was sacked four times and lost two fumbles, including one returned for a touchdown. He completed 18 of 31 passes for 188 yards and a 75.7 quarterback rating.
RUSHING OFFENSE: F -- The Jaguars had just 38 rushing yards against the Seahawks, including 34 yards in 12 carries by Maurice Jones-Drew. Of his 34 yards, 18 were on one play. In his other 11 carries, he had just 16 yards.
PASS DEFENSE: F -- Matt Hasselbeck, who had missed 10 quarters with a broken rib, threw four touchdown passes. The Jaguars sacked him only once and they had problems in coverage. Rashean Mathis, their best cover corner, gave up two touchdowns to T.J. Houshmandzadeh.
RUSH DEFENSE: C -- The Seahawks averaged just 3.6 yards per rush, but they were able to control the clock with their running back. Seattle ended up with 40 rushing attempts, and totaled 143 yards.
SPECIAL TEAMS: C -- The only bright spot was the punting of Adam Podlesh, who averaged 45.5 net yards on eight punts. Mike Thomas fielded a punt on his five yard line and was tackled for a yard loss. That cost the team field position and was one of the team's many mistakes.
COACHING: F -- Jack Del Rio brought his team out to Seattle on Friday, which led to two off-the-field incidents. And his team was totally unprepared to play and then quit in the final period when Seattle ran the final 11:53 off the clock without throwing a pass.
