New England's got the 29th-ranked passing attack in the NFL. Phillip Rivers is a good play in just about any week, but he seems likely to put up big numbers with San Diego fighting for its life.
I'll take Ray Rice against Buffalo. The Bills are allowing a league-worst 4.8 yards per carry, and Rice is still the engine that makes the Ravens go.
I think San Francisco might be ready to get on the right track, and Vernon Davis is still their most dangerous asset. Alex Smith looked a lot less tentative against the Raiders; if that continues, Davis' numbers should skyrocket.
I feel like I pick Mason Crosby every week, but he is just a quality kicker, plain and simple. Any Green Bay-Minnesota game can go down-to-the-wire, so some Crosby heroics aren't out of the question.
OK, I officially believe in the Big Blue defense. Perry Fewell has done a remarkable job in fixing the Bill Sheridan debacle, and the Giants seem to be primed to dominate Dallas Monday night. Ask Jay Cutler, Todd Collins, Shaun Hill and Drew Stanton how good this unit is.
