Who will and won't play for the Jets against the Dolphins?

The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins have announced the players that will and won't dress for the two's Week 4 matchup. Per NFL regulations, a team can only have 46 members of their 53-man roster "active" for game day.

Inactive for the Jets are receiver Chris Owusu (knee), cornerback Darrin Walls (concussion), linebacker Jamari Lattimore (coach's decision), guard Jarvis Harrison (coach's decision), guard Willie Colon (knee), tackle Ben Ijalana (coach's decision) and tight end Jeff Cumberland (concussion.)

Receiver Eric Decker is active after missing last week's game with a sprained knee. Likewise, the Jets have all three quarterbacks (Ryan Fitzpatrick, Geno Smith, Bryce Petty) active for the second consecutive week. After practicing fully the majority of last week, Chris Ivory is also active for New York.

As for the Dolphins, cornerback Tony Lippett, offensive tackle Branden Albert, offensive lineman Billy Turner, running back Raheem Mostert, tight end Dion Sims, receiver Matt Hazel and defensive tackle A.J. Francis are all inactive.
