Jets vs Redskins: Game Day Inactives

Who will, and who won't, play for the Jets and Redskins?

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.: The New York Jets and Washington Redskins have released the two teams game inactive list prior to the scheduled 1p.m. kickoff. Per league regulations, an NFL team can dress just 46 of their 53 players each weekend. 

For the Jets, quarterback Bryce Petty, receiver Chris Owusu, cornerback Marcus Williams, safety Jaiquawn Jarrett, offensive lineman Jarvis Harrison, offensive lineman Ben Ijalana and defensive lineman Stephen Bowen will not play. 

Running back Bilal Powell and offensive guard Willie Colon, who both missed time in practice during the week, are active. 

As for the Redskins, the team will sit receiver DeSean Jackson, cornerback DeAngelo Hall, cornerback Chris Culliver, running back Matt Jones, offensive tackle Trent Williams, offensive lineman Kory Lichtensteiger and tight end Jordan Reed

All players inactive for Washington were players listed as starters on the team's depth chart.
