Receivers Brandon MarshallDevin Smith and Eric Decker, who all missed time in practice this week, are active. Marshall and Decker will start.

For the Jaguars, the team will sit receiver Marqise Lee, running back Toby Gerhart, safety James Sample, running back Joe Banyard, linebacker Hayes Pullard, center Luke Bowanko and defensive end Chris Smith
