TE Jermain Gresham re-signs with Cardinals over Jets

A prominent free agent got away as Cards TE Jermaine Gresham re-signs over Jets.

Gresham visited the Jets on Friday and sources tell that the team was very interested in signing the 6 year veteran to bolster the team's very weak TE corps.

Gresham reportedly chose to take a one year contract offer from the Cards over a four year deal offered by the Jets.

The only two TE's on the Jets roster are Jace Amaro and Zach Sudfeld who both missed last season due to injury. Amaro with an injured Shoulder and Sudfeld with a torn knee ligament.

The team will surely keep looking available free agents and will likely also address this in the draft.
