Patriots QB Tom Brady's latest appeal to the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals for his four game Deflate-Gate suspension was denied.
Brady's last chance is to appeal to the US Supreme Court which he must file within 90 days. Based on the last appeal denial, it seems a long shot that the Supreme Court would rule in Brady's favor.
The NFLPA was obviously disappointed with the decision and released a statement shortly after.
"We are disappointed with the decision denying a rehearing, as there were clear violations of our collective bargaining agreement by the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell.
"Despite today's result, the track record of this League office when it comes to matters of player discipline is bad for our business and bad for our game. We have a broken system that must be fixed."
