New York Jets defensive lineman Leonard Williams says the team's confidence is "very high"

Leonard Williams says confidence in himself and throughout the team is "very high"

Florham Park, NJ - Sunday afternoon marks the start of year two. Year two under the leadership of Todd Bowles, the management of Mike Maccagnan and year two of what most assume will be an outstanding career of Leonard Williams

The players are more comfortable and confident, in the system, their knowledge and understanding of the system and what their particular role in said system is. For Williams it's no different. Williams had a strong rookie campaign, but he was in no way satisfied. He's focused and determined to become one of the best defensive lineman in this league and he's excited for the challenge that starts on Sunday.

In the video above Williams talks about the Week One matchup against the Bengals, playing all over the line, making up for the absence of Sheldon Richardson for the first week and the confidence that fills the team as they get ready to start the season.
