Three observations on the New York Jets on Spetember 8

Three observations about the Jets and their upcoming matchup against the Bengals

Florham Park, NJ - The season is almost here, thank bleeping God, which of course means we've beaten most of the storylines surrounding the Jets to death, but at least we get to talk about storylines that actually pertain to a game that counts.'s editor-in-chief, Chris Nimbley, and staff writer, Marcus Reynolds, discuss three of the main storylines heading into Sunday's matchup against the Bengals. What's going on at right tackle? Do the Jets really not know who will get the start yet? Will they really rotate Brent Qvale and Ben Ijalana throughout the game?

Will David Harris be able to play through his bruised shoulder? What about Jordan Jenkins? Who would get Jenkins' reps if he can't play?

And how will the Jets game plan for A.J. Green? Will it be solely on Darrelle Revis to try and erase Green? Or will he get help over the top or even matchup against the rookie Tyler Boyd or Brandon LaFell and let either Buster Skrine or Marcus Williams cover Green with safety help over the top?
